From its beginning in Spencer, NY as a manual milling and turning job shop to the state-of-the-art facility of today in Elmira, NY, IDM has continually upgraded the capabilities of its equipment and workforce. Our services include CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Tooling and Fixturing, Injection Molding, and Fabrication. IDM works with a variety of metals and plastics. Our lathe department includes live tooling, sub-spindle, Y-axis and automatic bar feeder. Our vertical machining center(s) includes 60” of X-axis travel on 65” table. Our high performance state-of-the-art equipment will reduce the number of operations, reduce set-up times, lower scrap rates, and drive costs out of your part while delivering high quality parts with an on-time delivery.
